Her fitness journey started in January of 2017 when she began her blog and publicly committed to motivate and inspire people to take the steps they need to make a positive change for themselves.
The line between respecting your body and living a life that makes you happy doesn’t have to be drawn in the sand. If you can learn to integrate healthy choices into your every day, it won’t feel like an obligation to hit the gym or a sacrifice when social opportunity arises.
I want to start this off by saying that I am no Photoshop or photo editing expert. I very much so learn by doing and have really just been playing around with different apps and programs to get the right look and feel that I am after for the photos that I post. Each edit ends up a bit different than the last, and I have no set rhyme or reason for what I do or a theme that I follow.
