SHAKE IT UP

My goals for creating a healthy lifestyle are always to keep things as easy and simple as possible. This is part of the reason why I start every morning with a protein shake packed with a number of nutritional elements. It is the quickest and easiest way to get everything you need to start the day and you can take it with you on the go. 

Recipe: 

  1. One scoop of Genuine Health Vegan Protein Powder
  2. One scoop of Organika Health Enhanced Collagen Peptides
  3. One Scoop of Earth Rise Nutritionals Spriluna Natural
  4. One Scoop of Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter
  5. Half a Banana
  6. Handful of Spinach 
  7. Two Ice Cubes

Blend in vitamix until smooth.

This drink looks green but tastes like a chocolate peanut butter smoothie!
